Oh sweet summertime......

Well, our summer has officially begun!  Although we have taken a day here and there, we were still trying to fit in some math and language arts daily to finish up.  I have made the official "teacher" decision that our school year is officially over and there will be no more math going on until August!

The girls have already been squeezing in a little bit of summer fun.  Both of them attended a summer Fine Arts camp.  It was a week long camp and ended with a fantastic performance at the end of the week.  It was amazing to see what those ladies put together with the kiddos in just 4 days!  The theme for this year was "July in June at the Arts".  K-Doodle did the Visual Arts camp while C-Sunshine went for Performing.

 All in all, a great week for the girls.  And proof that homeschooled kids can "fit-up" with "regular" kids.  Believe it or not, no one even asked them where they went to school!  Shocker!

Returning to Blogging...excuse the mess.

Please excuse the mess as I clean up the blog to prepare for my return to blogging!  I miss my blogging friends and having our homeschool adventure as a blog.  Add to that a very special friend who requested I blog again so that she can stay in touch.  Stay tuned.....
